From ERP consultant to Lead Product Manager — I've spent 8+ years at the intersection of product, messaging, and enterprise tech across Southeast Asia.
I specialize in SaaS platforms and omnichannel messaging, including leading Sprint Asia's transition to become a certified Meta BSP — one of the few direct WhatsApp Business API partners in Indonesia.
Outside of work, I build things — from a full-stack dental clinic platform to an AI-powered news automation site. I'm drawn to problems where product thinking meets hands-on execution.

Case Study
Problem
The company relied on a third-party vendor for WhatsApp integration, limiting product control and margin. When the opportunity to become a direct Meta Business Solution Provider (BSP) emerged, it required someone to own the research, validate feasibility, and drive execution end-to-end.
My Role
I initiated and led the full transition. I researched Meta BSP requirements, designed the integration flow from scratch, and proposed how the API should be embedded into our existing product architecture. I also championed the initiative internally — building confidence that the team had the capability to own this directly. The entire process ran from January to March 2023.
Outcome
Sprint Asia became a certified Meta BSP, moving from vendor dependency to a direct Meta partnership. The integration went live within 3 months and became a core product offering.
